R. He congratulated him on his brilliant success.

2. W. The examination will begin from Monday.

R. The examination will begin on Monday.

3. W. Please write your names with ink.

R. Please write your names in ink.

4. W. I don’t agree with your proposal.

R. I don’t agree to your proposal.

Note: We agree with a person, to a proposal; with someone’s opinion; agree on a plan etc.,

Common mistakes with conjunctions in English Grammar

R. This book contains five hundred and fifty pages.
2. W. Unless you do not try, you cannot succeed.
R. Unless you try, you cannot succeed.Note: Unless means “if not”, therefor we cannot use a double negative.
